If you don't find the answer there, then try my Jewish Link Launcher for more links to sites where you can find answers to questions about Jews, as well as Jewish shareware and freeware, etc.

Or, if you prefer to sit back in your easy chair with a physical book, I recommend The Complete Idiot's Guide to Understanding Judaism, which, of course, is not really for idiots! It's uses the familiar "Idiot's" series format to explain the basics of Jewish beliefs, rituals, holidays, what happens in a synagogue service, what a kosher kitchen is, etc. (More basic Judaism books...)
